To view your Twitter feed through notify.me you need to be authenticated. 

You will have to include your username and password into the url.  It should look like this


http://username:password@twitter.com/statuses/friends_timeline.rss

• Replace the pasword with you twitter password
• Keep everything else exactly as is and paste the url into notify.me source section
